Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Take out the trash

Lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

REMEMBER to strip the bed before you leave, take out trash and put dishes in the dishwasher.

Damage and incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
